What awe this awakens
that’s one’s every breath is closer to one’s last breath
What value every breath must hold
every downtrodden sigh
every passion filled gasp
every intake of surprise
every cry of joy
What, with all these breath – one would be the last
What awe this awakens
What cold, shuddering awe that death owns every last breath of life
What an ease this transition, from one breath to next that life enters death. – Kaosar

This is a beautiful philosophy… a cold and saddening yet beautiful philosophy.
Nicely written.

enreal, thank you for dropping by and commenting. Yes, I can see how one would feel the idea is sad and cold…i don’t know though, for some reason I was more awe-stuck at the thought than saddened.
I apologize for the delayed response, and thank you again.

death and life both are so inter-related, known to each other yet again there lies a staunching ironic truth about them which is they cannot walk hand-in-hand with each other. one is the key of this world and the other is the keyhole of the other awaited world.
well-written.

Bint-e-Islam, well said. That life and death be so linked yet separate…but it seems to me that so much in this world reflect just such a relationship such as night and day – both are linked, for you cannot have one without the other, yet at the same time they do not exist together.
Thank you, for commenting and welcome.
